1. You contact us by e-mail or telephone as soon as you have a parcel in China.
2. We give you a reference number and the address of our warehouse.
3. Your parcel is sent by your supplier to our warehouse.
4. You will be notified as soon as the parcel arrives at our warehouse in China.
5. Reconditioning of products in our warehouse, if necessary.
6. Shipment of your parcel to Europe or Togo.
7. Customs charges apply on arrival in Europe and are charged to the customer.
8. We will take care of customs clearance on arrival in Togo.
9. Collection of your parcel from our warehouse in Germany or Togo.
